I led the development and maintenance of the Roboten Design System (RDS), creating scalable UI components, functional prototypes, and comprehensive UI guidelines to enhance product consistency and usability. I collaborated closely with cross-functional teams, including the CEO, product owners, and developers, while mentoring a junior designer to foster team growth and adherence to design standards.
